Chef Demo's are hosted at Le Gourmet Depot in Historic Downtown Snohomish during the 20th Anniversary Season of the Snohomish Farmers Market.

ASPARAGUS LEEK TART - Demo was on June 2nd with Chef Edie Pierson of Simply Seasoned Catering  Farm fresh produce were donated by Bautista Farms.

Chef's Demo  July 7th with Joan Autry and the recipe was Caponata Siciliana (Eggplant Caponata from Sicily). Produce was supplied by WiseEarth Farms in Matlby.

Chef's Demo August 25th with Pranee Khruasanit Halvorsen and the recipes are: NORTHWEST SALAD WITH THAI CHILI-LIME VINAIGRETTE, COCONUT MELON SMOOTHIE (NAM KATI TAENG THAI SMOOTHIE and KAO PHOD KRUK SWEET CORN IN GRATED COCONUT click here
